1 C oil
1 C butter
1 C white sugar
1 C brown sugar
1 egg
3 1/2 C flour
1 C coconut
1 tsp soda
2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
1 C oatmeal
1 C rice krispies
Mix 1st 5 ingredients. Add dry ingredients and vanilla. Drop from tsp onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes
